Bako Sahakyan congratulates public prosecutors
On November 26, Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan issued a message of congratulations in connection with the Day of the Public Prosecutor's Office.
According to the presidential press service, the message runs as follows:
"Dear workers and veterans of the Public Prosecutor's Office,
I cordially congratulate all of you on your professional holiday.
Today we celebrate a memorable day - the 90th anniversary of the Public Prosecutor's Office. It is a respectable age that testifies the serious way the institution has passed and its worthy merit for the country.
Being founded in hard and difficult conditions, Public Prosecutor's Office managed to develop and become a full-fledged structure. The National-Liberation Movement that was launched decades later became a turning point in the work of Public Prosecutor's Office too, proposing entirely new requirements and problems. Every period dictates its terms. The formation years of our independent statehood are not an exception and require overstrained, professional and coordinated work. It is also due to your structure's invaluable role that today we have a democratic, legal, stable and developing state.
You, the workers of the Public Prosecutor's Office, fulfill a very important and responsible work aimed at defending the interests of the state and society, maintaining legitimacy in the republic, and organizing an uncompromising struggle against crime.
Be confident that the authorities are always beside you and will continue to keep in the spotlight of attention the problems facing the structure and do everything possible to assist in improving your working and social conditions.
Dear friends,
I once again congratulate all of you on the Day of the Public Prosecutor's Office, wish peace, robust health, successes and all the best to you and your families."
