Zvartnots, Armavia reached agreement: Armavia owes to pay off debt
Armenia International Airports and Armavia Air Company have signed another deal half an hour ago.
Armavia Air Company owes to pay off its debt of $5 million 300 thousand up to September; besides a new pricing policy agreement has been reached, managing director of AIA Marcelo Wende told reporters.
Panorama.am correspondent quotes managing director as saying that company is eager to support the national air carrier.
Armen Ter-Tatshatyan, AIA company lawyer, said if Armavia fails to be committed to the timescale, the agreement would be annulled.
