Zhoghovurd: Civil servants not to receive ‘13th salary’
‘Zhoghovurd’ paper writes that civil servants will not receive the so-called 13th salary at the end of the year. The reason is that state budget revenues dropped by over 50 billion drams in nine months of this year, and this index will further increase by late 2015. The paper learned from the head of the parliamentary standing committee on social affairs, member of the ruling Republican Party of Armenia’s faction Hakob Hakobyan that the good thing in this situation is that salaries of civil servants will not be cut.
