Trident Music Srl announced the news of Eros Ramazzotti concerts cancellation in Russia, Estonia and Armenia. The cancellation is connected with the violation of contract clauses by Global Communications Russian company.

According to FORPOSTART PRODUCTION director, Zara Mkheyan, Eros Ramazzotti concert cancellation news is final. Mkheyan said that they don’t hold any responsibility to compensate the losses of those who have bought the tickets.

Zara Mkheyan informed about the termination of ticket sales. She than added that the tickets and all proceeds from their sale are the property of Global Communications.

“4.9 Sold tickets are the property of the Principal. From the moment of purchasing tickets by the customer/audience all rights and obligations arise between the audience and the Principal.”

FORPOSTART PRODUCTION, also a victim in this situation, is going to prepare the necessary documents as soon as possible to submit a complaint against Global Communications to the court.
“With the complaint we are going to demand compensation for financial damage, lost profits, penalties (compensation for third party fines, complaints and claims), as well as for moral damages and the damages caused to the reputation of our company,” said Zara Mkheyan.

She also informed that Ramazzotti concert in Baku on April 28 was also cancelled because of above-mentioned conflict between Global Communications and Trident Music Srl. Yet, with the support of Heydar Aliyev Fund, the concert will take place on April 27.

According to Mkheyan, Georgia also solved its financial issues with Trident Music Srl with the support of the Ministry of Culture of Georgia and the concert in Georgia will take place on April 24.
