Electric Networks of Armenia fined for 5 million AMD
ENA CJSC has been fined for 5 million AMD for failure to switch to night shift rates. The decision was made during the session of Public Services Regulatory Commission of the Republic of Armenia on April 13.
The commission backed the decision stating that the company didn’t carry out their obligation to check and clarify the meters of the citizens once a year.
To remind, PSRC initiated a proceeding based on parliamentarian Edmon Marukyan’s application stating the complaints received by citizens. The citizens complained that the meters were several hours behind the real time, so the citizens have to pay according to daytime rates for the night.
