Stepantsminda-Lars highway open for all types of vehicles

The Roads Department of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia has informed to the RA Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technologies that as of 10:00 10 December Stepantsminda-Lars highway is open for all types of vehicles with antiskid chains.
