Certain roads closed, barely passable in Armenia
Armenia’s Ministry of Transport, Communication and Information Technologies told Panorama.am that as of 11.00, February 24 certain roads in the territory of Armenia are closed and barely passable.
According to the source, Urasar-Katnaghbyur, Berd-Tchambarak and Madina-Verin Detashen intercommunal roads are closed. Vardenyats pass and Sotk-Karvachar road are barely passable.
Light fog is observed in Ararat province. Karvachar-Sotk road is difficult to pass in the Nagorno Karabakh Republic.
The source refers to the report of the Roads Department at Georgia’s Ministry of Infrastructure, saying Stepantsminda-Lars highway is open for all types of vehicles.
