Russian Government submits draft law banning sale of several goods from EEU states
Russian’s Ministry of Finance has submitted a draft law to the State Duma that imposes a ban on certain categories of goods in the territory of Russia imported from Eurasian Economic Union (EEU) member states. Panorama.am reports referring to the official website of the Russian Government.
It is noted the ban will primarily refers to the goods with import duties assessed at a rate different from the Union’s common customs tariff rates.
According to the authors of the draft, such measures will ensure unified sale conditions regardless of how businesses deliver them, as well as the types of contracts involved and other factors.
