Iranian parliament terrorist attack ends with 4 gunmen killed
Due to the anti-terrorist operations conducted by the Iranian security forces, the four terrorists, who burst into Tehran’s parliament building, have been killed, Iran's state broadcaster Channel One reports.
As reported by Iran’s deputy foreign minister for security affairs, the terrorists have intruded into the premises of the Majlis dressed as women through the entrance for citizens.
A high state of alert has been declared throughout the entire country amid Tehran terror attacks targeting the parliament and the shrine of the Republic's revered founder, Ayatollah Khomeini.
According to the Iranian media, the Islamic State claimed responsibility for the terror attacks that left 12 people dead and 39 injured.
