Armenia’s military-industrial complex showing good results – deputy minister
Armenia’s military-industrial complex is more independent than that of Azerbaijan, Armenia’s Deputy Defense Minister Artak Zakaryan insisted at a briefing on Monday speaking to reporters on the sidelines of the conference titled “Military-political tactic of the adversary and our challenges” underway in Yerevan. The deputy minister pointed out to the ‘dependency’ of Azerbaijani military-industrial complex.
“Despite its excessive volumes, which means nothing,” Zakaryan said, adding Armenia’s defense industry meanwhile was relaunched based on its previous traditions.
“Today it shows good results. Some military products are used in the Armed Forces, especially on the frontline,” Zakaryan said, referring also to the great attention by the state leadership
given to the military-industrial complex.
