Sochi house fire death toll rises to ten
The death toll from the fire at a residential building in the Russian resort city of Sochi has reached 10, RT reports.
Earlier, 8 people, including one child, were reported dead in the deadly fire that broke out at around six o’clock on 27 July in a land plot owned by the state-owned Russian Railways company.
Three other people were taken to the local hospital due to the fire.
An unnamed Sochi administration spokesperson told Interfax news agency the fire may have been caused by a neighboring barbecue grill.
The Armenian Foreign Ministry reported that four Armenians, including two Armenian citizens, were among the house fire victims.
