Armenian parliament kicks off regular sitting
The Armenian National Assembly started its regular sitting on Tuesday with a vote on the draft laws discussed at Monday’s sitting.
The MPs are set to debate the issue of electing the Court of Cassation chairman, as well as a judge for the Constitutional Court at today’s sitting.
The election of a Central Bank Council member is also on the agenda, with Martin Galstyan nominated for the post. Afterwards, the parliament is set to elect by secret ballot a member of the Chamber of Audit.
