“I am not coming to Francophonie to perform miracles, reinvent the wheel, as it is well-established, and much work has been done. However, I am confident the organization is at the crossroad of an unpredictable world where deficit in humanity is observed This is also a world full of opportunities and I am set to put forward an ambitious plan to place Francophonie at the proper level in the world,” Mushikiwabo added.
