Traffic accidents with fatal outcome drop in Armenia, PM says
Armenia saw a significant decline in road traffic accidents with fatal outcome in January this year from the same month of 2018, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said in a Facebook post.
“True, the number of accidents and resulting injuries have increased, but we have also seen an unprecedented growth in the number of vehicles in 2018.
Even the most minor accidents fall under the category of road traffic accidents and resulting injuries, hence it makes sense to stay focused on the number of fatalities.
In this respect the dynamics is encouraging,” the PM said.
