Ombudsman: Azerbaijan again bombards Stepanakert
The Azerbaijani forces again launched a missile attack on the civilian areas of Stepanakert, the capital city of Artsakh, Human Rights Ombudsman of Artsakh Artak Beglaryan said on Twitter on Saturday.
“No data on casualties yet. Baku uses the same style of war crimes by the very last moment,” he tweeted.
After nearly 11 hours of talks held in Moscow, the Armenian, Azerbaijani and Russian FMs issued a joint statement, according to which a ceasefire will begin at 12pm with the humanitarian aim of exchanging prisoners of war and other captured persons as well as to exchange bodies of victims with the facilitation of the International Committee of the Red Cross and in line with its regulations.
