Authorities brought barbed wire to the National Assembly building ahead of the planned rally

Vehicles loaded with barbed wire have been parked near the building of the National Assembly of Armenia in Yerevan. Police forces are at the scene.

To note, opposition forces announced a nation-wide rally on November 18 at Liberty square, demanding the PM's resignation.
