Armen Grigoryan named Armenia’s first deputy FM
Caretaker Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has signed a decree to dismiss Armen Grigoryan as Secretary of Armenia’s Security Council.
According to another decree of the PM, Grigoryan has been appointed First Deputy Foreign Minister.
Armen Grigoryan served as the Security Council chief from 17 May 2018.
