Armenia reports 59 fresh Covid cases on Dec. 27
Armenia has confirmed 59 new cases of coronavirus in 24 hours, bringing the national tally to 344,540 as of 11 a.m. Monday, December 27, the Ministry of Health reports.
Overall, 4,669 Covid-19 tests were conducted on December 26.
248 more patients have recovered from the disease with the total number of recoveries now standing at 330,841.
The Covid-19 death toll has increased by 7 to 7,950. The figure does not include the deaths of 1,499 other people carrying the virus. According to the health authorities, they were caused by other diseases.
Armenia now has 4,250 active cases. As many as 2,540,319 tests have been performed in the country since the disease outbreak.
