Catholicos Karekin II, former presidents discuss situation in Armenia
The former presidents of Armenia and Artsakh, Levon Ter-Petrosyan, Robert Kocharyan, Serzh Sargsyan, Arkady Ghukasyan and Bako Sahakyan, mate late on Thursday to discuss the security challenges facing Armenia.
The meeting was hosted by His Holiness Karekin II, Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians, at the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin.
In a statement, the church press service said that the participants of the meeting discussed “the current situation in Armenia.”
“It was decided to continue meetings,” the statement said.
