Pashinyan off to Russia for CIS summit

Armenia’s Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan paid a working visit to Russia on December 26-27.

He is set to attend the informal summit of the CIS countries in St. Petersburg, the premier’s office reported.

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev is also expected to attend the meeting, but no trilateral meeting between the Armenian, Russian and Azerbaijani leaders is scheduled, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said earlier.
