ARF leaders meet with French ambassador
ARF Bureau member Armen Rustamyan and ARF Armenia Supreme Body chair Ishkhan Saghatelyan on Thursday met with French Ambassador to Armenia Anne Louyot.
In a statement, the ARF Armenia press office said the meeting focused on the situation in Artsakh and the problems caused by the Azerbaijani blockade of the Lachin corridor, the sole road connecting Artsakh to Armenia and the outside world.
The blockade was imposed by Azeri government-backed protesters on December 12 and has affected 120,000 Armenians in Artsakh, including 30,000 children, who are denied access to food, medicines and other essential goods.
