Opposition MP blames Armenian leaders for Artsakh turmoil
Armenian opposition MP Tigran Abrahamyan stresses the need for an in-depth analysis of the ongoing developments in Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh).
"Discussions and observations often focus merely on events visible on a surface. There are no simple and standard solutions. Extreme measures are taken in Artsakh to at least somewhat control the situation. Any careless step could lead to an explosion,” Abrahamyan, the secretary of the Pativ Unem faction, wrote on Facebook on Tuesday.
Hysteria, uncontrolled behavior and unwarranted escalation of the situation could cause chaos, the MP warned.
“The Armenian authorities have pushed Artsakh into a turmoil, while they are now busy with an election campaign, feasts and concerts," he stated.
