Armenia's Yeghishe Kirakosyan due in U.S.
Armenia’s Representative on International Legal Matters, Yeghishe Kirakosyan, will pay a two-day visit to the U.S. on Thursday 7 December, according to a decree signed by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.
He is set to attend the debate “The Universality of the International Criminal Court: On the importance of ratifying the Rome Statute and the Agreement on the Privileges and Immunities of the ICC” to be hosted by the UN Headquarters in New York.
The Armenian parliament adopted the law on ratifying the Rome Statute on October 3, subsequently signed by Armenia's president.
