Protesters briefly block street in central Yerevan

A group of protesters briefly blocked Abovyan Street near the Yeritasardakan subway station in central Yerevan on Thursday morning.

Police officers in the area quickly removed the protesters from the road and restored traffic there.

The protest was part of a civil disobedience campaign launched by U.S.-based blogger Vardan Ghukasyan (better known as Dog).
