Armenian opposition MPs to donate their bonuses to charity

Lawmakers representing the opposition Pativ Unem faction in the Armenian parliament plan to donate their bonuses to charity, its head Hayk Mamijanyan said on Thursday.

All members and staffers of the parliament were awarded cash bonuses on the occasion of Constitution Day, a public holiday marked in Armenia on July 5.

“My bonuses will be donated to the Soldier's Home Rehabilitation Center,” Mamijanyan wrote on Facebook.
