Political analyst: Armenia's demagogic regime has lost all support
The United States is becoming a less ideologically driven country, a shift that should have happened long ago after the Soviet Union's collapse, political analyst Stepan Danielyan says.
In a Facebook post on Monday, Danielyan pointed to the Chinese concept of Yin and Yang, which suggests that ideologies derive strength from their opposites.
"With the collapse of the ‘free world vs. authoritarian world’ narrative, the regimes in Ukraine and Armenia are losing their international legitimacy. What remains is a rough calculation – what has been gained and what has been lost. In our case, we have only lost," he wrote.
"Armenia’s ruthless and demagogic regime no longer has any pillars of support and is merely surviving on inertia," the analyst stated.
