SPECIAL COMMITTEE TO BE FORMED IN NATIONAL SECURITY COUNCILS OF ARMENIA AND IRAN
The Secretary of National Security Council Arthur Baghdasaryan received the deputy secretary of National Security Council of Iran Islamic Republic Ali Bagherii and the delegation chaired by him, reported the press service of the Council.
According to the source, during the meeting a wide range of questions on cooperation between Armenia and Iran has been discussed. The parties agreed upon the item that both sides have huge potential to strengthen the cooperation level.
It was also discussed the participation of Tehran in the construction of Armenia-Iran railroad, oil-pipeline and Yerevan-Batumi highway. The officials made a decision that the establishment of special committee in the frames of the National Security Councils of Armenia and Iran could highly support the implementation of the agreement they have made.
