Hugo Chavez nominated at President’s Elections 2012

Venezuela’s President Hugo Chavez attended United Socialist Party’s special session. After the session Mr. Chavez announced that he is going to be nominated by United Socialist Party as presidential candidate for president’s elections in 2012, foreign media reports. It’s worth reminding that in a public referendum Chavez has been granted right for unlimited participation in the president’s elections.

OSCE appoints new Envoy on Freedom of Media

The 56 OSCE participating States appointed today Dunja Mijatovic from Bosnia and Herzegovina as the OSCE Representative on Freedom of the Media, according to the OSCE official website. Swedish Parliament to vote on Armenian Genocide motion

The Swedish Parliament, Riksdag, will vote today on a motion to recognize the 1915 Armenian Genocide, the Radio Sweden International informs.
