Analyst on approaches of non-government parliamentary forces
By initiating the constitutional reforms, the Armenian authorities changed rules of game, which is at variance with the plans of the four non-government parliamentary factions, Stepan Safaryan, political analyst, Founding President of the Armenian Institute of International and Security Affairs, told reporters on Wednesday.
“Armenian National Congress and Prosperous Armenia consider it very important not to allow a change in the rules of game,” said the analyst.
Safaryan also said that ARF Dashnaktsutyun openly expresses its support for the constitutional reforms, while Heritage, Prosperous Armenia and Armenian National Congress are opposed to the reforms.
