Constitutional reform must not be imitation – Heritage MP
We should ensure the constitutional reform’s being comprehensible for every citizen, otherwise it would be considered an “imitation process,” member of opposition Heritage parliamentary faction Tevan Poghosyan said at a briefing at the National Assembly on Friday.
“Heritage leader Raffi Hovannisian has said that there is no sense in taking part in an imitation process,” the MP added.
Asked whether he thinks that the authorities want to ensure the reproduction of their political power through the constitutional reform, Poghosyan replied that he does not think so, adding that there is no political party that does not want to come to power.
