Mexican federal police rescues 58 migrants

Mexican federal police have rescued 58 migrants who were allegedly kidnapped and held in a house near the U.S. border, the ABC News reports.

The federal police department says in a statement Wednesday that 51 migrants are from Guatemala, six from India and one from El Salvador.

The statement says federal agents rescued the people from a home in Nogales, which is across the border from Nogales, Arizona. A 43-year-old man who was guarding them was detained.
