"I am sorry that this" black list "exists. It would be wiser of Azerbaijan not to make a list, and to invite to Baku everyone who is included in the list," said a member of Public Chamber of Russia Denis Dvornikov in an interview with the Azerbaijani news agency "Vesti.az", commenting on his visit to Nagorno-Karabakh as a part on the Russian delegation.

A group of Russian journalists and public figures had arrived in the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic at the beginning of the week. On the eve the spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan Elman Abdullayev stated if the fact of that visit will be confirmed, the members of delegation will be taken into the "black list".

"There is no hostility in our arrival. We, and me personally, come to Stepanakert not to harm Azerbaijan, but in order to develop peaceful programs. For example, I am concerned about how the Russian community lives," said Dvornikov.

According to him, generations will change until the status of the territories is settled. "Well, is it possible to leave those Russian women who live here?" he asked, adding that even though several hundreds of Russian live in Karabakh, he would arrive, even if there was one living there.

Member of the Public Chamber of Russia also expressed his willingness to visit the village Ivanovka in Azerbaijan which is inhabited by Russian.

Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry issued a list of people who, because of a visit to Nagorno-Karabakh Republic have become persona non grata in Azerbaijan and they are forbidden to enter the country. Names of 335 people were included in the list during the time of publication.
