Yerkrapah Volunteer Union holds festive event in Artsakh
On August 27, in the vicinity of the Togh village in the Hadrut region of NKR, Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan participated in a festive event organized by the Yerkrapah Volunteer Union as part of the homeland defenders’ traditional pilgrimage.
In his speech, President Sahakyan noted the importance of the homeland defenders’ traditional pilgrimages for patriotic upbringing of the younger generation, keeping the national military traditions and better recognition of the homeland.
Primate of the Artsakh Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church Archbishop Pargev Martirosyan, Deputy Prime Minister Arthur Aghabekyan, Defense Minister Movses Hakobyan, chairman of the Yerkrapah Volunteer Union Manvel Grigoryan and other officials were present at the event, the press service of the Artsakh Republic President reports.
