
Armenian soldier killed: Rival recorded more losses caused by shootings
An Armenian soldier was murdered Thursday evening by provocative firing from Azerbaijani front line forces. NKR Defense Army press department released a message which says that at 18.00 (Yerevan time) on January 20th, Azerbaijani military forces unleashed intensive shooting against Horadiz in the aftermath of which NKR DA service-man Hovik Sukiasyan was killed.
According to the source, the defensive forces of Artsakh took necessary measures to cease the rival. According to the preliminary data, the rival must have recorded more losses caused by the firing. The details of the incident are being verified.
NKR DA states that “the situation in the line of contact of Karabakhi-Azerbaijani forces is turbulent.”
