Former Iranian Ambassador to Armenia: Azerbaijan appeared in isolation
Armenia answered to Azerbaijan’s threats and attempts to violate the ceasefire regime in the line of contact declaring that any attempt to start an armed conflict would be stopped by a decisive attack, Mohammad Farhad Koleyn, former Iranian Ambassador to Armenia, told “IRAS” analytical center.
Speaking about the international recognition of Nagorno-Karabakh and other regional conflicts, Ambassador said that Armenia refers to Kosovo independence fact in the negotiations held over NK conflict settlement, and Azerbaijan has appeared isolated having not considered events happened in the new geo-political situations.
Former Ambassador said that Karabakh issue is of great significance and role for Armenia.
