Artsakh Republic President received British MPs
On 20 April President of the Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan received a group of members of the British House of Lords and House of Commons headed by Baroness Caroline Cox, central information department of the office of Artsakh Republic President informs.
Issues related to the bilateral relations, Azerbaijani-Karabagh conflict settlement, domestic policy of Artsakh as well as regional processes were discussed during the meeting.
The Head of the State expressed gratitude to the guests for objective presentation of the position of Artsakh in Great Britain and Europe, making our country recognizable as well as for efforts directed to the 1915 Armenian Genocide recognition and human rights protection.
Both sides noted the necessity of developing and widening mutual relationship considering it important and demanded in all respects.
Deputy speaker of the Artsakh Republic National Assembly Arthur Tovmasyan and other officials partook at the meeting.
