Yerevan to host training course ‘Human Rights through My Eyes’
“Educational and Cultural Bridges” NGO, together with its six international partners, starts implementing international training course “Human Rights through My Eyes,” which will take place in Yerevan on March 3-11. Youth leaders and workers from seven countries - Armenia, Georgia, France, Latvia, Moldova, Spain, Germany - will participate in the project, the press service of the NGO reports.
The training course is financed by the European Commission within the framework of Youth in Action program. It is a unique opportunity for young leaders and workers to meet in Armenia.
This training course was developed to encourage the development of a critical, democratic and creative European citizenship and human rights. During the training, the participants will develop their knowledge about the key ideas of human rights. Interesting sessions will be organized about the key principles and ideas of human rights, human rights institutions, history of human rights, how to apply to the HR institutions and so on. The participants will not only learn from the professional team of trainers who have rich experience and background in HR, but also will participate in different sessions and round tables, during which they will share with each other their knowledge, experience and ideas. The training will also be based on inter-cultural communication and dialogue between the participants, the aim of which will be creating relaxed and peaceful conditions for self-expression, communication and integration.
