Azerbaijani nationalists call to create “War Party” and to stigmatize with “numbers on hands” toall those disagreeing

Instead of taking the sabre and starting to rob the local caravans, like the Arabs or Chechens, as “something great” always comes out from that, the Azerbaijanis orient on the “third estate” and its values, they love everydaylife, trade, their families, the most important for them is to go to the market plunged with tomatoes. This is what the chairman of the Islamic Committee of Russia, Heydar Jamal, and his son Orkhanspeak about in a video on Poistineportal published on Minval.az. They talk about Azerbaijan, the country the future of their homeland is connected with, the Greater Caucasus, the Caspian and Black Sea coastal regions, and “the great Azerbaijani ethnos.”

According to Heydar Jamal, 10 millions of Azerbaijanis is a serious number. “As a matter of fact, there is the whole North Caucasus against this background, it even falls short. In other words, Azerbaijan is on the one scale and the North Caucasus on the other.”

Further, Jamal addresses to his son with a question regarding the Azerbaijani identity formation. According to OrkhanJemal, the Azerbaijanis can be structured, consolidated, and feel Azerbaijanis on other more cheerful topics; they just cannot even exist without Karabakh.

“Does it mean that we are hurt? Does it mean we have an identity of offended people?” Heydar Jamalwonders.

“All this lies through the formation in that very commercial Azerbaijan, where they love big profit, a nice house, a beautiful wife, and the like, and war parties. I meanwar parties not in an abstract and euphemistic sense, but an absolutely real political party, which can be even registered, and its objective is to put pressure on the state,”Orkhanargues.

OrkhanJamal strongly believes that “the Armenian problem should be removed from board.” In other words, he thinks that the Armenians are not among those who deserve to have their own state, “the status they had in the 19th century is more than enough for them.”

Developing the idea of the “war party,” which entirely corresponds to the structure, aims, and ideas of the Nazi SS and the Wehrmacht, Orkhanenumerates the qualities it should have. “It should be a rather large specter, which can also form a militarized wing ready to become an advanced guard of the forces the state will throw for reconquest. There could be also included all the representatives of the philistines who sell potatoes and who have to give for the return. One can give what he has: if he has money, he should give money, if he can shed blood, he should shed blood,”OrkhanJamal states.
Those, who “fallout from the war party,” that is, refuse to join it, have to be “definitely stigmatized.” It can be a seal on their forehead or a number on their hand.

“Resolving the problem of recovering the territories,” the interlocutors started todiscuss the assimilation of the nations inhabiting the Caucasus and the North Caucasus. According to Heydar Jamal, those nations can become an ingredient for “the great Azerbaijani ethnos” and introduce a new fresh genetics. “Azerbaijan canbe extended only on account of the Kurds, the Lezgins, and the Talysh people; however, many others can arrive and become the participants of the Azerbaijani identity and the Azerbaijani fate,” Heydar Jamal plans.

As a follow-up to the topic, the interlocutors noted the advantages of the “Nakhijevan clan with special genetics,” which favorably differs from the “Baku clans” not capable of anything. “The Azerbaijanis’ role in jihadist circles” was also mentioned with pride.

The scandalous Russian journalist OrkhanJamal, according to the Russian MIA inquiry in the frameworks of a criminal case, during which he was accused of slander, is Yuri KonstantinovichVolkovin the passport. “MuscoviteYuri Volkov changed his name into a more exotic OrkhanJamal 15 years ago, when he finally decided to do a family business, namely, to plow the field of the ‘jihad of the word’ with his father,”Kavkazpress'' reports  presenting documents proving the information.

According to the verdict of MoscowSimonovsky District Court, due to the Dagestan politician and businessman ShamilIsaev’s claim against OrkhanJamal, the latter was found guilty of spreading data discrediting the honor and dignity of adeputy of the People's Assembly of Dagestan,ShamilIsaev, and was obliged to pay a compensation for moral damage with a size of 200 thousands rubles, as well as to pay the judicial expenses suffered by the claimant.

Heydar Jamal is an Islamist repeatedly accused of extremist activities. According to the press service of the Federal Security Service, Jamalwas suspected of “public justification of terrorism, as well as of public calls to carry out extremist and terrorist activities.” A criminal case was brought against him under Articles 205.2 (“assisting terroristic activities”)and 280 (“Public Appeals for a Forcible Change of the Constitutional System of the Russian Federation”) of the RF Criminal Code.

In the conclusion onJamal’sarticle “The Role of Women in Jihad,” the Institute of Criminalistics of the Special Machinery Centre of FSS noted that“the given article contains calls to murder lots of people with explosions in the framework of ideological (political) struggle, as well as statements recognizingthe practice of terrorism, which needs to be imitated.”
