No special operation planned for the people inside the seized area, Deputy Chief of Police says

A group of citizens held a public debate at Liberty Square in Yerevan over the armed incident and the current situation on the seized police regiment.

A suggestion was made to march to the seized police station. Yerevan Police Chief Ashot Karapetyan gave no permission to the march.

“The situation dictates that any law infringement by citizens should be prevented,” he said.
