Conditions for the resumption of large-scale military operation are not observed – NKR Vice Prime Minister
Vice Prime Minister of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) Artur Aghabekyan believes that the ceasefire regime will still be violated for decades. He noted this in a post on Facebook.
“I ask those who voice on the relaunch of the war to refrain from dismaying the people of Artsakh, the parents and relative of thousands of servicemen who fulfil their military duty and our society in general. Firstly, the war launched in 1991 is not over yet. So called the ceasefire regime has been violated immediately after the day it was agreed untill now and will still be violated for decades.
The weapons and their calibres, the technique and the technologies will change, if we consider this as a military operation, it will repeat itself from time to time.
Conditions for the resumption of the large-scale military operation are not observed.
We, the people of Artsakh, must always send signal to our people that this is our bitter and heavy but meanwhile our honourable and obliging cross. And if you wish, you can call it a perpetual struggle. This is an inevitable thing which exists today and will exist for a long time,” the post reads.
