The results of the fact-finding missions held in Voskepar, Baghanis, Voskevan, and Koti villages of Armenia by the Office of the Human Rights Defender were denoted on Google Earth program.
As the Ombudsman’s Office reports, corresponding markings and arrows showing the satellite images of civilian settlements, houses and buildings that came under Azerbaijani fire in April –June are now available for everyone.

To remind, earlier the Ombudsman office released a report on the fact-finding missions that revealed that the Azerbaijani troops repeatedly attack civilian settlements of Armenian villages: Voskepar, Baghanis, Voskevan and Koti.

As a result, damages to the civilian’s houses and other properties, schools, kindergartens have been recorded, as well as numerous grave human rights violations, which led to gross infringements of international humanitarian law standards and principals have been disclosed.

Based on combination of all relevant facts and circumstances, continuous attacks have been launched towards places, and in such time and manner, that clearly show the hostile intention of the Azerbaijani armed forces to target and harm civilians, especially children, women and elderly people. Added to this the fact, that no military units or military objects are in the mentioned Armenian villages or in the vicinity of these civilian settlements, that would otherwise justify Azerbaijani attacks.
