Sergey Minasyan named Armenia’s new Ambassador to Romania
President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan on Friday signed a decree on appointing Sergey Minasyan Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to Romania (residence in Bucharest), the presidential press service reported.
Upon the president’s another decree, Hamlet Gasparyan has been relieved of the post of Armenia’s Ambassador to Romania and Montenegro.
