Artsakh president's delegation to visit Armenia

A delegation led by Artsakh President Arayik Harutyunyan will travel to Armenia to discuss the situation around Artsakh and Armenia with the Armenian authorities, presidential spokesperson Lusine Avanesyan told Artsakhpress on Monday.

"The main purpose of the visit is to discuss the October 6 statement adopted in Prague, according to which Armenia and Azerbaijan confirmed their commitment to the UN Charter and the Alma-Ata 1991 Declaration through which both recognize each other's territorial integrity and sovereignty,” she said.

The delegation includes National Assembly Speaker Artur Tovmasyan, Foreign Minister David Babayan, the chair of the parliament’s Foreign Relations Committee, Vahram Balayan, and presidential advisor Masis Mayilyan, Avanesyan added.
