Criminal case opened over Armenian soldier’s killing by Azerbaijani forces
The Armenian Investigative Committee has opened a criminal case in connection with the death of Armenian military serviceman Arsen Karapetyan as a result of Azerbaijani shooting, on charges of murder out of ethnic, racial or religious hatred, or religious fanaticism, the press service of the Investigative Committee reported.
On March 3, Arsen Karapetyan received a fatal gunshot wound on the frontline position of a military unit in the eastern direction of the Nagorno-Karabakh Defense Army, as a result of Azerbaijani shooting.
