The sides came to an agreement about the joint statement
By the results of the meeting taken place today in Astrakhan the sides have come to an agreement about the joint statement, informed RF President Dmitri Medvedev in the interview with the journalists.
“The sides have made a humanitarian agreement,” D. Medvedev said and noted that it is about a declaration on strengthening the atmosphere of mutual trust, “according which an agreement is reached on unconditional exchange of the captives and corpses.”
According to him the sides are in confrontation for a long time and the situation is remains tensed and sometimes victims are being recorded.
“It is required to become open and make steps towards each other, to make an attempt of deblocking, these, although, seem to be relatively small issues, but they are very important ones," he said, assessing the progress achieved today.
