Bozoyan: Azerbaijan always resorts to dirty tricks ahead of important visits
Azerbaijan always resorts to dirty tricks ahead of important visits, political expert Yervand Bozoyan told reporters, commenting on Azerbaijan’s diversion attack near Chinari village, Tavush region of Armenia, ahead of U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s visit to Armenia.
Today Azerbaijan once again grossly violated the ceasefire, trying to break into Armenian military posts in the north-eastern region of the contact line near the village of Chinari. Armenian forces repulsed the enemy offensive. As a result of Azerbaijan’s diversion attack, 3 Armenian servicemen were killed; some soldiers were wounded.
“Azerbaijan shows that it is not interested in status quo, and carries out blackmail policy. Azerbaijan’s behavior suggests that if nothing changes, they will resort to dirty tricks,” the expert said.
